Q: Hello, Did you notice I order one of these three days ago? The purchase shows up on my credit card, but the status says still processing. I believe it's customary to bill when the item is shipped, but I've got no indication that's happening.

Q: My upper arrived with a blemish in the chamber at the 6 o clock position. I discovered this when feeling resistance and finding scratches on the case of chambered rounds. I looked in the chamber as best I could and found the culprit, After cleaning the chamber several times, I still cannot remove it entirely, nor tell exactly what it is. I assume corrosion.
